ProHIP is a specialist company, serving Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, dedicated to providing Home Information Packs for the clients of selected Estate Agents and individualswithin the region. The aim of ProHIP is to produce a comprehensive and beneficial Home Information Pack, allowing Local Independent Estate Agents to offer for sale their clients’ homes at the earliest opportunity and with full confidence.

ProHIP was formed in 2005 as a direct result of the Governments impending introduction of Home Information Packs. We are a Nottinghamshire/Lincolnshire based company working with industry professionals to deliver a solution that complies with the new legislation to provide a fast, trusted and quality service.

At present we have qualified Chartered Surveyors who have retrained to become Home Inspectors, and it is will be our policy to only employ Chartered Surveyors / Home Inspectors to carry out our Home Condition Reports. to give even greater credibility to the contents of the HIP.
